We can, without doubt, provide you with a concise Authentication Service, which will enable you to know whether or not that Chloe Paddington, Chanel Jumbo Classic, Hermes Birkin, Mulberry Alexa - the list is endless - is AUTHENTIC or FAKE.

We are also here to help, if, in the unfortunate circumstance, you find that you have bought a fake. Our Design Associates will evaluate the item, and we can provide a Written Statement which can be used in a Dispute/Claim process.

Each of the Design Brands is dealt with by a Specialist, who has many years of experience within that Design brand. We can, and will, offer the very best service, and will continue to be there for you, during the Claim process.

Our Design Associates are all highly experienced and knowledgeable in their specified area, and each of them will generally only be concerned with one Design Brand. This then ensures that their knowledge is of the highest calibre, and that they are truly experts in their chosen field. Our Design Associates are all regular girls, who have bought and in many cases, sold many items over the years. Some have an extensive collection of items, and most of them have a very extensive reference library to which they can refer as and when the need arises. All of our Design Associates are constantly updating their knowledge, researching and updating, and its through this effort, by them, that we feel we are able to offer a very comprehensive service to our clients.

We may not be the most expensive Service, but we pride ourselves on being extremely professional, approachable and enthusiastic in our aims. Our clients are our priority. All of our Design Associates are totally 100% against fakes, and as such, must try and keep abreast of the increasing quality of such items. Its only by true insight and solid grounding and effort that they are able to do that. Fakes are, unfortunately, all around us - and its the unsuspecting buyer who is often caught out.

In order to try and alleviate this situation, our Pre-Sale evaluation Service is of great benefit, and it can and will help a client - rather check the item prior to purchase and be sure, than wait until later and have the ordeal of having to make a Claim.
