Authenticate4U.com offer a variety of Services, which include individual private email evaluations, both for personal clients, and also for resellers and consigners. We also provide detailed Written Statements of Authenticity and of Non-Authenticity - the latter being required in eBay/PayPal Dispute/Claims, Credit Card chargebacks, postal fraud claims, and also when a client wishes a personal reassurance with regard to the authenticity of an item purchased.
Unlike other Services, ALL of our detailed Written Statements of Authenticity and of Non-Authenticity are completed with the addition of high quality photographs, which show that the item being evaluated is without question the item referred to in the Statement.
Our Written Statements are accepted by PayPal worldwide, and we would encourage any potential client to contact us for testimonials should they so desire. Please note - email evaluations are NOT accepted for PayPal Claim/Dispute cases, and it is ALWAYS necessary for a Written Statement to be procurred. Authenticate4U.com can accept no responsibility for a loss of Claim due to a client requesting an email evaluation and then submitting this to PayPal, upon which receipt, the Claim will almost certainly be denied. If in doubt as to what is required, please ask - we are here to assist you, and give you our best attention and service at all times.
If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill a request, then a client will be advised as soon as is possible, and a FULL refund will be given.
